Hackathons are increasingly being used in HR to re-imagine new HR processes from recruiting to on-boarding and learning and development. Learn from Jawanda Staber, Senior Director, Global Talent Development & Organizational Effectiveness, MasterCard, how MasterCard created a hackathon to re-invent the employee experience using a six phase process from using design thinking to understand various employee segments to building our new ideas for on-boarding employees to manager’s involvment in creating an exceptional expereince to new hires.
Following the MasterCard case study, all attendees will participate in a hackathon to identify common HR processes that are ripe for re-invention. A team of our partners will assist in creating prototypes of new HR solutions to present to all attendees on Wednesday March 15th.
